Hours: Full-time

Job Duties: Execute data querying, cleansing, and analysis to support customer requests and drive growth for Veeva Compass business; Derive insights from prescription and medical claims data to demonstrate the value and unique dimensions of our data network; Understand data in the context of customer use cases, identify data gaps and develop recommendations as to how data may be used/interpreted; Build overall expertise on the data in Veeva Compass, contributing to the development of normative databases, documentation, and standardized reporting to support customers; Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Developers to ensure high-quality data delivery to our customers; Manage multiple projects/analyses of varying complexity leveraging claims and prescriber-level data and ensuring on-time delivery for internal and external customers to address key business questions; Manage customer requests and follow-ups through to completion, coordinating support from crossfunctional teams as needed; Telecommuting from anywhere in the US is permitted.

Job Requirements: This position requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field of study plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related analytics role in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. In addition, must have 2 years of professional experience with each of the following skills: Programming languages, including SQL and Python; MS Office applications, including Excel and PPT; Managing consulting and/or analytics engagements with clients; Data visualization, including Tableau and Power BI; Working with analytics tools and data to support pre-sales; Project management, including Jira and Confluence.

Salary and Benefits: $133,952/yr. Salary ranges listed in compliance w/ local regs & reps a potential base salary range for this role. Actual salaries may vary depending on exp & location.
