Mac Project Corps - June 2022 - Participant Application
Apply to join the Mac Project Corps for June 2022! This experience is an excellent micro-internship opportunity for students who are trying to grow their skills and is NOT major specific.
Students will gain career readiness skills, guidance from Macalester alumni, collaborate in teams to solve a problem for a community partner -- and receive a $500 stipend for your work.
The four-week virtual Mac Project Corps program will take place June 7-30, 2022. Students can be based anywhere in the world and still participate!
Benefits
- Weekly sessions that give you frameworks to work from questions to solutions

Time commitment and required sessions
- 8 hours per week, approximately 30 hours total
- Required sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11 am- 1 pm (CDT)
- Required final presentations on Thursday, June 30 from 11 am-1 pm (CDT)
Who should apply?
- Creative, curious Macalester students who work well on teams and can work independently
- Any and all majors
- Preference given to rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors
- Preference given to students not engaged in other internships
